1. Specific Character is for a character that you need more scenarios for than the others. Most of the time, this is not necessary, as people shift for characters or people who are/eventually will be their significant other. In other cases, though, your specific character is different from your S/O. If you feel you do not need this column, feel free to delete it.
2. Others is for all the other scenarios you want. These can be with friends, they can be work scenarios, etc. Whatever works for you. </aside>
